About many booster backs do you get a week? I have only earned like 3 booster packs since the trading cards were introduced to steam.

Once you have already got your x amount of card drops for a game, you have a random chance to at any random time randomly receive a booster pack for any qualifying games you have maxed your card drops on. You don't even have to be playing it. It's...random. Although, there is probably some sort of element of Vegas style odds to it.
