Hey guys so this is something i am curious about

Would you play on a Rust RP server that still has PVP on but does not allow KoS?

Server will be whitelisted and you must read the rules in order to understand the whitelist form

Server is up and running do note things do have to be changed and configured but it is playable without issues

Yes, but there better not be any admin abuse or other stupidity, and the rules should be strictly enforced.

I'd also only join if it were whitelist-only (aka password) if that's even possible, but just to prevent trolls from joining.

Well i am going to be slowly updating and adding plugins to my server for this i will have logs setup for IPlog, Death Log pretty everything that happens on the server

I will be considering whitelist for the beginning hence the reason for this thread

i was reading the rules would i be able to be a hitman and if someone contacts me and pays me(in like resources) would i be able to KOS the person or?

No it all has to be within RP

It still seems dangerously close to RDM or KOS, just thinly veiled. I think a server admin would need to verify that a legitimate transaction/conversation between the, "payer," and the hitman occured.
