I bought rust few hours ago via paysafe card (card had 25€ on it),after i entered pin,i clicked submit,and got some 503 error.When i checked my steam,it had no rust on it,and there is 19€ missing from my card.
I contacted steam,but didnt get any reply.
What should i do ? :(

No.I got banned for using some program that lets you change gamma.Apparently thats not all it does.Anyway,im getting new account to play legit - even tho alot of people change gamma.

No,I got some crappy cheap monitor.I tried,lol.Anyway, since i used illegal program or we its called,i deserve this ban.And i really dont wanna talk about it.
I just want to get back to playing.
Err Jonnymad,i cant show any proof.I can send them pin code of my paysafe card,same one as i paid with,if thats what they will require.

Show us that 19 euros have been taken from the card. If it can be monitored online, it can be screenshotted and displayed here.

The so-called "Light-hack" you got banned for doesn't just "change the gamma." It makes it fully daylight during the night. Not only that but Light-hack is actually a multi-hack, that includes item/player ESP/Radar, speedhack, norecoil etc. "Apparently" it's pretty obvious because those features are advertised up-front on those hacks not to mention when you use them you might...oh I dunno...notice you can see where all the other players are? You see, the word "hack" is what gives it away...that it's a...you know...hack.

To jonny: I know im not gonna get my rust unless they can see that payment went thorough.I dont even know why im bothering showing any kind of proof to you,since you are nobody.

I am not "acting tough," dingus. I am trying to get proof since the whole thing just sounds suspicious to me. Anyways, FP can't do shit for you anyway, so wait for Steam Support, they should get to you within a couple hours.

Jonny: I dont think anyone is dumb enough to try and get free copy of rust by something like this. I simply wanted to see if im the only one.Will wait for steam support,and see if they can help.

Also it says you can check past payments, mind showing what was purchased? that might help.

Showing the beginning and ending balance doesn't prove anything... it just shows that you payed for something, but not what you bought.
It doesn't matter anyways because no one here can help you, it's 100% a Steam Support issue.
Quite frankly it sounds like you're fishing for a game key, which you aren't going to get from anyone here.

Either you are completely unaware of how things pertaining to Rust were last year or we've got yet another wanna be Tairy Greene. Last year the forum in general had a shit ton of people trying to claim a purchase error just to get Rust for free.

Well, it kinda does. You say you attempted to purchase the game, had an issue, contacted Steam support 3 hours ago and you haven't received a response yet so now you're desperate.
I don't see how anyone here could help you with a Steam issue...except to tell you to...contact Steam.
Your current inconvenience is due to your past lack of judgement. So, I would just consider it as part of your punishment as it were.
Regardless, it's a Steam issue, not a Facepunch issue. Doesn't matter if you bought 1 or 100 copies of Rust and didn't receive them. Still a Steam issue.

Just because people didnt belive me.This was finally sorted out with steam support..Here is their last reply:
I know i probably shouldnt bump this thread anymore,but i hate when people call me liar.
Also, @IGotWorms.. i didnt use any "ligh hack",i used program called gammasutra,that helps with gamma settings. I did get banned for abusing that wall glitch on creative servers.And yea,i deserve that ban.

I use gammasutra, it wont get you banned...It's a nice little program for when you play stuff like dark souls or witcher or anything else that has parts that are dark as hell and you want a better look. it doesnt do anything that would get you vac or facepunch banned.

I told you already why i got banned: abusing of glitch or whatever its called.. where you remove wall,place sleeping bag inside,and you can spawn inside.I never said i got banned for gammasutra.

Just to add some tech info for future reference:-
500 type errors (like 501,502,503 etc) means that the server you are connecting with has a problem (and not your browser)

You forgot to delete this before you made that statement towards me...are you on drugs, you cant even lie properly, no wonder you need hacks to survive, You apparently have something wrong with you.
Ty for supporting the game with another 20 bucks, We will see you again when your hack becomes detected and doesnt get updated fast enough.
You dont get banned for glitchs either, You get banned for programs reading your ram to find out the positions of players to either ESP or find the pixel to aim at the head of somebody, or giving you a permanent torch/flare. which is the light hack. Glitchs and Gammasutra do nothing to mess with the rust files.

Yea, i thought thats what i got banned for: using gammasutra.Untill i found out yesterday that you get vac bans for abusing that glitch aswell.Sorry mate.
