Hello, I would like to open a server, or even on the host servers from a friend here in Brazil, I realized that some people have got the license to run, how do I obtain this license?

If you are looking to host Rust on from a hosting company stand point, you may want to find a way to privately message Facepunch on that. Posting this here will most likely lead to your account getting banned.
