- No lag
- Active, mature and friendly Admins
- Cheaters/Griefers will be Ban immediatly
- daily updates to the newest plugin versions
- Mumble
- No give
- No remove
- No grief (appropriating another's house, block access to the house with doors)
- No tower over 20 floors (to avoid lag)
- Any construction adjacent to the existing building is permitted
