So i get 15+ fps at maximum. Usually its around 10 and its very hard to pvp like this. My pc specs are shit so i can understand but i was looking at one thread and it said you could use like
    -force-feature-level-9-3
and those commands but i typed all of those into launch settings didnt give me any fps boosts.
Can anyone tell me how to insert theese commands correclty? and i dont wont any responds saying "BUY A BETTER COMPUTER"

go to your amd or nvidia control panel and put everything on low/disabled and turn off grass, my 540m graphics card can get 60 FPS after these tweaks.

Did you read the thread? i wanted help with a certain launch option and i clearly stated "Dont come with bullshit comments saying i should get another computer" If i could afford one i would obviously buy one and not play rust at 10 fps.

What are your current computer specs? Maybe a small HW upgrade could help. If you are only getting 10 fps software tweaks probably aren't going to help much dude (unless you have something really off).

Did you read the community guides? Some of these really helped my lack of fps, anyway there's a limit on tweaking the game with console commands and so on. So you have to tweak your pc OUTSIDE the game: things like overclocking (although i didnt try this one), installing razer gamebooster, disabling aero, UNPARKING CPUS (think i read this one on a community guide) and i HOPE many other things i dont know. Its hard with low-pcs my friend, dem feels. (lowering your resolution would help too)

Edit: Ops, huh, i forgot, try to high priority the game from task manager, be aware that this one sometimes may cause some audio-trouble, but for me it works fine. GOOD LUCK

I only very recently had a bad PC like yours, and even with all the help I got a bare minimum of 30fps in unpopulated areas. If I was you, I'd sort out a cheap PC for the future. When you can afford it of course.

30 Fps is good in my opinion. I can easily play with that i have been playing rust for 333 hours with 10 so.

But the help i wanted is with this command force-feature level 9-3 and all of those. On a thread i read they said they got a 300% fps boost with it but nothing happends when i use it.

You are my hero. I can not play a game if I don't get at least 60 fps.
Not being hateful, but that's amazing.

Sadly all of the launch options broke a couple of updates ago. Everyone is forced onto directx 9.

The exception is the opengl launch option, but that gives truely comically poor performence its not worth trying.

I hope they reintroduce the launch options soon :)

    Upgrade your toaster.

    OR, reduce resolution to 800x600

Otherwise play with low fps since toasters shall not play this game.

I think the worst part is that i have a dual core 1.60 ghz processor. 1.6 ghz.....
But i dont know very much about computer parts and my brother says that i cant just replace my CPU and that i need to replace all parts. But i cant afford that.

I really hope they improve the FPS issue for player who have low spec PC.

Like my laptop I can support DayZ and Battlefield 4 and the weirdest part is I can't seems to run Rust in a perfect FPS. Max I get is 15-20 worst is 10 below when I reach to some huge area (With building)

Yeah, that's pretty...not good. For an older computer like that (assuming we're not talking about a cheap laptop) it would honestly be more cost efficient just to buy a new desktop altogether. When you are in the market for a new computer, you can get a decent desktop for about 500 bucks, nothing amazing but take that, get yourself a 2GB Nvidia GPU to slap inside it which you can get for somewhere between 80-200 on the cheap.

It honestly sounds like you've probably done as much as you can already.
