I am new to the computer world and was just curious if any of you have any input on any upgrades i can do to make my pc better for around $800.
It took me about a day to learn about computers and how simple they actually are. I was always intimidated by them thinking they were for "smart" people only but its starting to become a hobby. I crave information/knowledge about peoples setups or advice they have. My computer runs great but i am looking for more oomph either to graphics or just hardware.
    Buy a good aftermarket cooler.

Because I'm too lazy to transfer files from old drives so I just keep them. I bought that Samsung in 1998 and it's still going strong XD.

It depends on the resolution of the monitors and if you are playing on all monitors. I only use one monitor for gaming, but I have two monitors, the second I have other shit open usually, like component temperatures, fan speed monitors, graphics overclocking software, etc.

Whilst this is true, from my personal experience, multiple monitors don't put that much extra stress on your card, going from 1920 to 5760x1080 only gave me a 10fps drop in performance.

That photo was taken when I had a hd5870(eyefinity), now I have a gtx760(surround) and arma3 shows the same 10fps drop when going from 1 to 3 monitors

Fair enough, though my monitors are two different resolutions (one is 1920x1080, the other is 1600x900, or rather 900x1600, as I run it vertically, better for listing out fan speeds and the like.)

It's alright, but looking back, I liked my 760 better, it seemed to handle better, and my 780 Ti doesn't overclock as well as that card did, I could get it near the edge of the overclock software on stock cooling and still have reasonable temps, the Ti runs pretty significantly hotter. The Ti is definitely a performance increase, but for the money, I would say that the 760 was a better value, I just always have money to spend I guess
