Its PROBABLY ok, but with how touchy shitpunch and VAC are, I'd be careful. Most of those commands are normal F1 console commands like grass.on false. You can also just turn down the detail in the graphics options.

VAC is not touchy. It is like a condom. If you got banned by VAC, there's a 99% chance you cheated. CheatPunch, to my knowledge, might have had a few false positives, but it essentially works on screenshots and detecting abnormal behavior, like ESP screen elements. Typing in the console is not abnormal behavior, which is what that control panel does. It is harmless and this is a spam thread since OP already posted in that thread.

The program is absolutely fine. Nothing in that Autohotkey based program can trigger VAC. It's literally just inputting console commands as if you were at the keyboard.

If you dont feel safe with using the tool why not just type the commands yourself ? i'm 100% sure the program is fine and in case you dont believe they posted the list of commands the tool do for you. If i'm not mistaken its the same thing as the oxide /fps command but clientside.
