Where can you find a changelog for the dev stage?
PS: Can't start the game with the latest development build...

There isn't one. You can read through playrust.com posts, but they are far from comprehensive. Things are added or changed with no indication in the announcements. It does make it a bit difficult to analyze for issues. There is a delay now when you change from bow to another weapon, for example. Bug or feature? No one seems to know.
