There is a clan on my server that has about 5 girls in it and 2 or 3 guys.
We have active members and a TeamSpeak 3 voice server.

We have very mature players and harassment of either gender will not be tolerated. Everyone is treated fair and we have a good time. The only problem I see is the time difference, as almost all of our players are from US or Canada.

Perhaps OP just wanted to join a clan that's female-friendly. Many of them really aren't.
