So I've been with playrust.eu for just over a month, but we continuously bother them about a bad connection and constant spikes and the reasoning is blaming it on Facepunch stating that its a bug in the server files. So meh whatever, I let it slide.

So I've recently decided to trace the IP, looks like I'm going through Germany AND France before hitting dallas. Really? Now I know why everyone complains lag. I am now abandoning the provider with a full month left on the account (plus some in my balance). Outrageous. Just want to warn everyone before purchasing a dallas server from them. Why are they even hosting there anyways?

Playrust.eu have many negative reviews.

They recently had an issue with racism in customer support also.

I would highly avoid them - as you've experienced, they aren't that great at all.
