So, i did pretty well today in Rust, found some beans, got wood, a sleeping bag... crates, doors and much more.
Now, i disconnected, my door is locked and there is no way someone access my house, but, is it still possible that i die of hunger or cold ? (Note i'm on UK 1 server official)

No, you are safe from hunger while logged out. You can still get raided, however.
