I agree that you should turn 360 degrees when zoomed moving mouse from side to side of your mousepad.
You really shouldn't set sensitivity lower than that, but the choice is yours :)

Eww shotgun. Just make a pipe shotgun the normal one is just not needed.

You can have a crosshair with some kind of monitor that has one built in for games like this but it kind of ruins the fun

The weapon sways when you are not sighting. This is intentional to stop people from accurately hip firing.
