Thing is, I could also say I am a doctor making millions per year and you would be none the wiser. Not to discredit you if you really do save lives, I commend you for it, if so, but what I am trying to say is that you have no proof otherwise. Granted we have nothing against you either, we are just kind of at a stalemate here, meaning you aren't going to get unbanned but possibly can be. I would recommend opening up a ticket with facepunch support here (I believe it is.)

Well CP isn't on all servers, so if he is only banned on CP can't be just play on servers that don't have CP?

Unless garry has changed Cheatpunch to opt-out in the last patch and all servers are now running it, here is my understanding of what's going on with Cheatpunch:

- All official servers have Cheatpunch turned on. Private servers can turn on Cheatpunch with an option in the command line when they start the server up. (It's not an RCON command, guys.)

- If Cheatpunch is not enabled on a server, it will not prevent people with Cheatpunch bans from connecting to the server and playing Rust. In other words, if you launch a private server without turning Cheatpunch on, Cheatpunch bans are not checked when someone connects to the game. Or, if they are, the server doesn't care if it finds any.

- Cheatpunch may still be watching you on non-Cheatpunch servers if you use client-side hacks, and it might still ban you. I do not have confirmation from garry on this, but admitted cheaters (and server admins who said they ran ESP only to catch cheaters using ESP) have said they did not use hacks on official servers, just private ones (such as the ones they admin) but still got banned. It's likely that Cheatpunch is part of the client, and it monitors you for using cheats and hacks all the time.

In other words, from the way it seems to be set up, the only thing not running Cheatpunch on your server does is allow people with Cheatpunch bans to connect as if they were not banned. It doesn't necessarily mean that you can freely hack on that server with no repercussions. However, I'm not a Facepunch Studios employee and I have not asked garry about this, so I'm only speculating.

However, I only read these posts here, everyone said "noone with this name is registered on the cheating forums" so ive checked his email on them. Thats how I found him. And posted every evidence I could have found.
