Hey Guys,

I noticed there are no more airdrops on my server (50players) where airdrop.min_players is on 10... Am I the only one?

Seeing as in how they specifically stated around 50 players were on when only 10 were needed...

Back to the point: hard to tell if you do not provide further details, such as if you are using a largely vanilla server or not.

Are you the admin? Did you change the default min from 50 to 10 again after server reset?

Server i'm playing have now 100+ players online and we had zero airdrops since the update.

yea my airdrops are set at 50, and i had 70+ players on all day since the patch, and no airdrops yet

i have no mods installed

Airdrops were the worst balance problem in the game, good riddance if they are actually gone!

Yupp can confirm airdrops are broken. Dont work automatically

I always had it on 10. Its in my config file.

You might need to double check that config file. The patches in the past have reset the airdrop number on me, and I had to edit the file again.

Friends with the admin of a server I play on. No airdrops, though he can call them in. However, the one time he did manually call it in, no one saw anything drop. Edit: Unmodded server.

+ for problem. For me - temporary solution - use rcon + cron. But its' bad.

If they did remove airdrops... Not sure if it is a good or bad thing. They were fun to catch, and you always get excited when you hear the plane come but it can make it quite unfair.

They changed the way the sky works. Which caused the way that time works to change. Which then changed the automation of airdrops. When updating Essentials, it looks like they created the timer for airdrops... but didn't actually use it. Essentials however allows you to use /airdrop in the MOTDs, allowing for fully customizeable scheduling of airdrops. Just sayin.

A wild guess would be that since they changed the island position and location the plane is flying on where the island was before. :P

yeah, I own a 50 slot server and have airdrops set to 20 people, yet with 50 people on all day there hasn't been any air drops. I checked the config file as well and its set to 20. hopefully there is a hotfix for this asap

I agree. No airdrops since update. HAve mine set to 30 and usually have 50 online. Checked for the day cycle to see how many players we had and if there should be an airdrop and no drop happened.

yeah the server im on has 90+ pop 24/7 and not a single airdrop since the update.

yeah you are the only one there are people that are not afraid of some pvp and raids, you know this is the point to this game anything goes player freedom and what's a survival game without heavy loss and risk? If you wanna just build bases and hold hands I'm sure there is an LEGO mmo game for you.

Your so cute lil one.... Well can you explain how then is anyone supposed to get explosives. Also one of the best parts of the game is the airdrops. Sitting around waiting for it to hit the ground knowing that half the server is either on it's way or watching you.
