Items are replicating, I'm able to place object without them coming out of my inventory and craft items without burning resources.
(On a vanilla server and a Oxide server)
This seems to have just been me? I guess I desynced, but after reconnecting a few times crafting is now using resources but I got to keep the bonus resources for the items I crafted while desynced

Yes, I just logged in, all gear gone but, I was left two broken leather helmets. One on my hot bar the other in a crate.
Edit: I am on a oxide modded community server.

Uh you paid for the full game and get to test it early as an extra bonus, if that's gonna get you this angry maybe you should consider treating this as a pre-order and waiting for final release. But in no way does this give you a free pass to be as rude to the development team as you want so please play nice. Besides, demanding further alpha testing be done before giving a patch to the alpha testers to test is rather silly lol, it's up to you guys to find mistakes they miss.
Clearly you missed the post where I apologized to Helk for my rant and presented him with the server information. I admit it, I posted right after a frustrating experience and it came out far less professional than I would have liked it. But failing to read all the posts is just as ignorant as failing to calm down before posting. So please, play nice.

Our server is having the exact same issues. I have to head back to work but when I get back home I will answer any dev questions if there are any.

So does item durability apply to building structures as well? As in, we can destroy pillars and foundations and ceilings?

I've already calmed down. I have reviewed the past postings, apologized, and already begun regular communications. Having someone come up afterwards and stir the pot and then continue after you have already moved on and even informed them that you've cleared up is a bit redundant and rude.

You wanted to "clarify" something that was already clarified by the actual original poster prior to your statement. That's not clarifying, it's just "poking the bear" on a subject that has already been moved past.

I already said it, I posted prematurely while still inflamed from frustration. I have apologized for it, and provided the information that was asked for. Now you're presuming to know how I feel currently, through text, based on how I was feeling before. It's inaccurate, and it's in as poor taste as posting a rant instead of clearing your head first.

Can anyone confirm this issue exists on an official server? Thanks.
You guys are such jack asses this is one the the devs asking questions so he can try and fix the problem and all your doing is bickering like little kids. Helk I'm at work at this time but when I log on I'll have my group test and see if we can reproduce this issue. Thanks for attempting to solve this issue.

(The game is in alpha guys it's kind of our jobs as players to test and report any bugs or exploits to the devs so the can address the issue. I read complaints about things all the time but no that you got the atension of someone that can fix it you ignore them... Wow

Eh my god ppl won't even take the time to think before they even write to the forum, crying about broken stuff. The answer to all those bugs is that the server u are currently playing is not yet updated to the new patch but your client is. So before starting the lame talking use ur mind and ask if the server was updated to the new patch.

Yeah I'm really not out to piss you off believe it or not. You just never said anything that hinted to me you understood why it's silly to demand even more testing be done before you guys get a patch, so I wanted to clarify if for you, while also making sure you understand not to act that way any more in the future. That's part of moderating and if you really understand now, that's great and I don't need to worry about it. But enough with the ranting already. PM me if you really want to continue this conversation further so we can let the devs figure shit out here.

Check if there's repair bench in the crafting list. If there is then the server is updated, if not then it's not updated yet. And yes, you can connect to the server through the console if it's not updated.

I don't really wish to contiinue this in PM's, or honestly even really here. So after reading the above quote I think we're close to same page. If your intent is not to troll(which is how it felt honestly) then hey, awesome we can shake hands and move on.

Look, I've been in the Game Industry myself for 17 years. And I understand just as well as the next guy that emotion-fueled rants don't help anything. I also understand however that EVERYONE falls prey to them once in awhile, and this was mine. I don't normally post immediately after an issue, and that grants me the time to clear my head, consider what I want to express, and then do so clearly and in a helpful manner.

Today was a very bad morning for me, and then I log in and dealt with something that was not the Dev's fault but simply bad luck of the draw. I am not perfect, I am human, and today I fell victim to my own passion. I've acknowledge it, apologized for it, and have moved on from it. I've even PM'd Helk expressing that same intent.

I felt as though your posts were attempting to continue on the original issue of the emotion and not the content that would benefit the Dev's. That may have been my misinterpretation, it happens and if so I apologize to you as well for that. It is not uncommon to find on forums that someone will post a rant, then someone continues to antagonize that person and that's what I felt was going on here originally. However I can see that maybe that is not the case.

So, let's move forward and utilize the attention we have from the Dev to bring up the topics that are still happening. And hopefully continue to enjoy a game that improves as we contribute and take better steps to keep our level heads.

    :)

Sorry you are making way too much sense now. Hahah. Just try to ignore them. Remember, if they don't exist they can't hurt you.

Multi-play claims to have updated system-wide and rolled the patch into their accounts. Our server was restarted(no mods included) and unfortunately we are still experiencing the broken weapon issue. There is a support ticket with Multi-play to make sure the patch has been fully rolled out to their Customer's but we'll see I suppose.

Something went wrong with ur update my server just updated and there are no broken guns etc. One little thing to notice is that if the server is updated u can see the repair bench in the crafting list, if not then it's not updated

Yes I just got a response from Multiplay, apparently all the machines haven't been fully updated yet. They have completed the "roll-out" process, but it hasn't hit every one of the systems yet. I can only assume I'm in the untouched series just yet. The rep said they are updating over 50 machines, so within the next 45 minutes, possibly an hour from now, they should all be up to date.

Edit: Yep we just went down with a Server Lock for the update process. Miami Florida server machines should all be getting it now.

Recent updates caused widespread issues for plugins in particular.

All issues caused by the updates should be resolved on Multiplay servers at current. If anyone is experiencing anything further please let me know - Multiplay community manager.

No problem on our Vanilla server. mods and changes to the files are most likely the cause.

same problem... could the server i play on not have implemented their patch??
So I step over to the workbench to repair them as the update says we can do and guess what? No information on how to go about doing that. Nothing seems different.
You guys did read the bit about needing to build and use a REPAIR BENCH right?

I can't believe Helk was actively participating in this thread and nearly everyone totally ignored him...
Many other threads beg for the devs to read the forum or just bitch about how they don't read anything yet when one shows up and tries to help everyone is too busy with the flame war.

Sad day. Helk, thanks for stopping by.

The original announcement (as is evidenced by the crossed out text) said 'workbench' not repair bench.
