Haha short & sweet+ nice editingGood one!
Hahahah..."But I just went away to get a soda..."
That sucks hard for them
Ha yeah great editing.
Why even build a base if you're going to leave a giant hole in the roof? What a couple of tards.
Funny video, but why didn't you killed him with stone hatchet?
We think alike my friend lol. I thought you were done for when you turned around.
Haha, it scared the shit out of me
I was expecting some greifing but it turn out funnier and better than I thought xD
Edit: Sub'd cause you funny
You really don't have to be an architect to know that a "base" needs at least some kind of basic protection. Even a predesigned shelter with a wooden door is safer than that.
Some players really deserve to die in pain and agony in this game for their level of IQ.
Full Kevlar but stupid as fuck
Haha, thank you!
Hahaha, i could not agree more
very funny!!!
Thank you, kind sir!
The problem with building is what ever you design, it will always be open until you are done. Building a 5 story complex? Until you drop the last ceiling panel in place, you can get in from the top. It's obvious that they were adding a second story to the building but didn't have the resources yet to build it. That's the problem with starting out. You need a place to put stuff and a furnace to smelt ore so either you build a 1x1 for now and build everything twice or take the chance that you can finish your tower before being raided.
Not everyone is that smart you know. But yeah, i do the same as you mentioned, hidden 1x1 house untill i get the resources.
Honestly this is one of the best videos I've seen for rust so far!
haha, very nice! subbed to ya i liked it so much
i have no remorse for those who fail like this. Unless that afk guy had to take a leak and was planning on finishing that second floor seconds after you got there. But regardless thats a nice score. With a little bit of creativity you could even steal the house. block off their door then add a second story entrance
hahaha "It was at this moment that Nathan knew. He fucked up."
Genius :D
Wow, thank you, means alot! Will try to keep these comming!
Cheers mate! Glad you enjoyed it. The support on this thread is amazing, thank you guys so much. Was not expecting this lovely feedback.
That was my favourite part as well, I couldn't stop laughing after that.
Awesome; don't know what he was thinking by going AFK in a one-story house with no ceiling, but that was hilarious. xD
Short clip, well edited and funny![]()
I always scout out for these types of bases. Nice video; simple yet elegant.
Not necessarily. For any base that has plans for an upper floor, all you need to do is put ceilings on everywhere except for one unit. On that unit, put stairs, and have a 1x1x1 room in which it has a doorway to the unfinished second floor but also a ceiling above it. Rinse and repeat for as many floors as you'd like, the unfinished floor acts as a nice sniper area anyways.
lucky bastard![]()
Sorry but that's absolute bollocks. There are a number of ways to keep your place secure while leaving room for expansion, but the simplest (to leave room for another storey) is to just build stairs up, stick a doorway, three walls and a ceiling over it, and metal door... Then there's absolutely no advantage to getting on your roof vs. raiding you from some other direction. How is this difficult??
Edit: lol, I should really hit the refresh before posting.. If I could, I'd mark myself as Late :p
Haha, freshly wiped servers are fun.
HAHAHA funnyest Nice coolest things:D![]()

lol sooo lucky, who the F*** leaves the top open when they log out.....
Edited:
I build my buildings in fully enclosed modules. First you start out with 1 foundation, 3 walls, 1 doorway, 1 ceiling, and a metal door. Then you put your second foundation in front of your door, build 2 walls, 1 door and 1 ceiling. Then on the 3rd foundation (in front of the door) is when you want to build upwards.
My end result is a center module surrounded by 4 horizontal foundation layers and 4 vertical floors with stairs at random parts of the building and storage closest to the center with as many doored rooms as possible.
If they were planning on making a second story, they should have either 1) walled up the stair room upstairs, or downstairs if they didn't have the wood. Plus, leave off the pillars until you are ready to build, that'd just be a sign that there's a hole in the roof.
Just poor, poor choices when setting up that place.
I agree sir.
