Hi,

Hi i have playing for a little while and for some reason the font is messed up. Hard to tell the difference between letters, numbers, etc.
I tried to change resolution, reinstall the game but nothing changes.

I know but English isn't my native language, and sometimes it's hard to read :)

Agreed, the font does need replaced. It's a major pain in the ass to read at 1920x1080.

My resolution is 1920x1080, game also.
Tried lowers resolutions...

@ 1080p I can read everything perfectly fine (like the last screenshot).

Edit: But I agree on a better font.

i have the same problem as the op

the thing is, i didn't had the problem earlier, but my previous graphic-cards blew up (geforce gtx 560)

Font was perfect, could read it.

Now that i use my replacement card, ati radeon 4800 (sux) I have problems reading the font aswell.

The font is just poop for now, I think it may have to do with the resoulution, as the text is stretched, so, I don't really know. I will try switch some resolutions around that are compatible with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Im happy that my monitor is so bad it cant support those big resolutions so I dont have that problem.

Just adding my two cents here, this font thing only happens to me when I play in windowed mode, in full screen mode its perfectly ledgible.

I'm on an Nvidia, 765 GTX. I'm also playing on Windows 8.

Both graphics card and OS can have an impact, especially at smaller sizes, on how well fonts render. However, it's usually much easier to choose a font that looks better at a small size or simply work at higher sizes than to try to deal with the differences in font rendering techniques.

In any case, it looks like the devs are simply going to switch to the font used in chat since it already looks fine.

I think it would be great if you just replace this small crafting panel with something similar to the inventory itself. I mean big clear icons instead of small names of the items.

Definitely not specific to nvidia cards, I have an ATI radeon 4870 (or something near there lol) and play at 1920x1080 and my font has always looked like poop.
