Any help is much appreciated. I know its not internet problems or computer not able to run. Also its not hardware fault in my computer.

Problem is friends play on the same sever with no issue, only alot less specs. Also the issue is constant.

I had the same thing, the solution I found was to disable the realtek microphone. Means you can't talk, but it's the only way around the bug at the moment.
