They're in the dev branch of Rust. You can meet them in radtown, looks like some mutated animals. But it's a pretty cheap reskinning. I don't think it's official.

Yeah it's dev branch. That's the new placeholder for getting the old loot Zombies used to drop. As of now they're just reskinned to have blood smear on their fur and yellow/green glowing eyes and they hit fast and kill in two hits if you're naked. I've only seen the wolf ones so far though. I'm sure they'll give them proper skins eventually. Probably not a priority right now.
