You agreed to it, so no. And dont request your money back from your bank or call it fraud. That is highly illegal. you couldn't read, 20 dolalr mistake, dont make it again.
Did i said i was going to do that?... i asked for help... and yes i agreed, i was just asking if there was a chance... No need to be a jerk about it.
Refunds for any product are generally not granted for dislike of the product unless you are a long term customer, but that doesn't really apply to online purchases.
They generally have to be faulty and in the case of games and software they have to be very faulty because it is of the nature of software to have a few bugs here and there.
I answered your question, I am being a jerk about it because it was dumb. Do you order a cheeseburger, eat it, then ask for your money back because you expected it to be a steak.
Lol you should have done your research before buying on impulse. There is no refund, don't even bother asking.
dumb Bitch

I do bother ^^ its my time, and if i have a question i ask it. But hey, lets crucify the guy that doesnt like Rust. Well thanks anyway
Edited:
Thanks dude :) Your answer really helped. Im sry for taking your time.
Cya around
More like lets crucify the guy who came to the official fourm asking for a refund because he was too lazy to research a game before buying it.
Thanks! Coming from a guy named "weedhitler" it must mean a lot.
I say we crucify weedhitler up there who appears to be a gimmick account.
so are you just trolling now? You didn't get enough attention yet?
Nah, i just wanted to know. No harm done to anyone, but obviously you guys are all mad without any reason... Im sorry i guess.
Edited:
Again if i really made you mad i apologize, but in the future calm down with people, be more nice :D
It would save us the time if you knew how steam worked, and how to research a game.
If you don't like the game charge it back on your credit card like any sane person does
Jeez he was just asking a question, leave it be.
It was a dumb question but he was polite about it.
and then you get permanently banned from steam
whose fault is that
Uh, yours for suggesting it?
wrong you dumb kike enjoy your ban for trolling
Well i wouldnt that... Never did. I just thought that i could get a refund, it was dumb logic, i apologized to everyone. I think we can all rest up :) and btw weedhitler calm down men... no need to be like that...
Yeah, trust me, I would have been a lot more harsh if you weren't so polite. Just seriously... Next time, do your research man, games are not always what they seem.
and ps. you wont be banned from steam for charging it back they will either not allow you to buy games on that account anymore or disable it i forget which they do now
Edited:
and if you live in yurop they cant ban you for charging it back
I will, thanks for your time btw!
Cya guys! Happy games :)
Don't listen to him, charging back will get your account permanently disabled no matter where you are from.
I wont. Thanks again xD You are really looking out for me!
ahah
see this thing?hit it next to him and report him, may as well get him cleaned from the forum while we're here.
wrong there's some gay law in yurop saying you have a right to a refund for an unfinished product or some gay shit within 7 days of purchase

you can also put in a ticket at steam and get a one time refund if you make a good enough story up
Valve is an American company, and thus, under American law, which does not allow it, all European laws aside. Also your first link goes nowhere.
did u watch the video?? and u did see "early access" ALPHA... not sure what the issue is or how u could not know what u were getting?
what did you expect?
i wish i could get a refund for BF4 ont eh xbox one.. that game.. is great looking .. but ill be damned if i can hit anyone - so i hate it. PC is so much easier to shoot on. :( $60 gone...
The only exception to the no refund policy is in the uncommon occasion that the game is falsely advertised. Like when From Dust was advertised as not having Ubisoft DRM or when WarZ/Infestation Stories was first put on Steam before Early Access was a thing and was missing 90% of the promised features.
So many of you people are so unnecessarily hostile. I'd understand if instead of asking the question politely if he'd instead starting spewing vile and hate about this game demanding a refund, which he did not.
yeah it was my bad :) mistakes happen! Well i will try to enjoy the game, maybe if i play with a few friends it might be more fun! Again thanks all of you!
this is not true!
the law where you live and bought is in charge!
every company is under the law of the country where they are selling their products.
otherwise they wouldnt be allowed to offer their products
just an example: facebook has different terms and conditions in europe than they have in the states where they are located. they have to follow the countries laws. sorry but thats a fact
thats also why steam cannot ban you for activating a product using a vpn (cheap russian game keys), at least not in europe!
I don't believe that is actually true, but whatever. I haven't read deep into the ToS of Steam, so I don't know if it is covered.
Just wanted to register to say aahahhaha there is really a guy on this forum with the name "weedhitler" I mean I've heard that name as a joke before but really lmfao
Yes, OP should have done his research before buying the game but that's no reason to attack him or make wild assumptions.
Is it possible to get a refund? Probably not. Chargebacks can get your steam account banned and is generally not advisable.
OP: Exactly what aspect of the game don't you like? You should be aware that the game is still currently under development and will go through many changes and have added features further into development as well.
If your problem is getting killed constantly which deters many new players, there are many PVE (Non-PVP) servers you can play on as well as many that mix PVE with PVP events limited to certain areas/times/etc.
There are also servers with economy mods that allow you to buy/sell items and give you bonuses for killing zombies/animals/etc. if you're turned off by the grind.
If you're just having trouble getting into the game, I would suggest checking out the wiki, reading a guide or two or just asking questions.

Usually only for software sales. Those are usually NOT refundable. But other products are refundable and you can get your money back. Computer parts or other physical items etc,...
ask gabe newell for a refund im sure he will give you your money back
