I cant seem to upload a banner either it just says server settings saved but still shows no banner?

What dimensions are you trying to use? The banners must be 468x60 exactly.

I myself am currently having an issue with The Banner. Its driving me crazy. Everything was working fine until I tried to upload an "Updated Version" of my banner. Now all i get is the little "Picture Not Found" icon. I have tried uploading several banners that I have used in the past to see if it corrects the issue, but to no avail. Anything I can do to fix this? Banner is absolutely 468x60 and is at 36k in file size. Thanks for all the help in advance.

Also: We automatically stop pinging servers that don't respond for > 7 days. If you claim a server that has been hit, hit us up so we can start pinging it again. We've noticed a trend of people claiming servers that are not on our whitelist for checking.

I have a server and it appears that the IP was used by another group at some point in time.
Therefore, the description page is for their server, not mine. I have posted a few requests on the blog to have this fixed but have not received any sort of response.
If I try to click the Edit button on the page, it tells me to not do that again. This has been an issue for over a month now.
I'd like to be able to advertise my server to hopefully drive up traffic. But I am loathe to refer people to the toprustserver page. With someone's else description being there, it doesn't make much sense.
I am not the only person that is having this issue as the "Ask Me Anything" section is pretty much full with comments similar to mine.
My server's ip is: 63.215.74.175:28016
