I got banned and i talked to support steam, but i they only says that i use a cheat or other unauthorized modifications, i just want to know what program or cheat i used to get banned... Please need an answer and also, please dont use this topic to make jokes because someone got banned because he wasn't cheating!

You want to know which cheat you were using to get banned...? What difference does it make? You use cheats you get banned... Pretty simple concept unless I'm missing something.

Ask them what cheat you were using then, they actually do have that on record.
And yes you were cheating, it's hilarious you're the 500th to repeat the same mistake, VAC doesn't make a mistake anymore, and even if it did you'd be unbanned pronto.

BTW, in Valve's steam TOS, they can ban you for whatever reason they want, so tough luck son.

Valve says you were banned for using cheats.
Situation 1: you were banned for using cheats.
Situation 2: you were banned for using cheats and now you are saying you didn't.
Clearly the second situation is the correct one.

Nah they really don't need to prove it, since you did sign up for that agreement, tough luck man.

They won't ban you for fraps, as it does not effect your game files. External programs are fine. They don't need to prove anything, because they have the logs of what got you banned. There are reasons not to share these logs with the banned user either.

I've heard of people getting banned just for having software installed on their computers that could have been used to modify other programs or games, but not necessarily the one they got banned on. So in a way, you can get unjustly banned. VAC may have detected some illegal software on your computer that may have not even been used on RUST but was probably used in another game. Either way, its kinda unfair.

Okay, first off, NOTHING is perfect. If you honestly believe a computer is incapable of making a mistake, then you are flat out stupid. Sorry.
Second, if it were you in this guy's situation, then you would want some support rather than just "nope, you are a stupid cheater who deserves die. leave".
I mean seriously, I keep finding new ways that this forum is stupid every day.

I keep finding new ways people somehow believe a computer can mistakenly run a .dll injector into a game in which somehow downloads itself, and runs itself giving the user speed, aimbot, walls, esp, godmode.

This would be more than just 10,000 users and the people would be unbanned, since Valve keeps logs on all bans anyway.

Except VAC bans are not overturned. And even if they were this is not the place to do it.

Easy there, cowboy, simply restating what Valve has already said. Steam support will not lift a ban, there is no VAC appeal process. There's always techinicalities but those are the clearly stated facts.

They have overturned bans in the past, and that was for a False positive (keep in mind, false positives affect large amount of users) bans being sent to 12,000 people over 2 weeks on MW2, yes they can turn over bans, but they say they won't because when you are banned righteously, they will not lift a simple ban from record.
Also another false ban evidently, in picture form.
So again, yes they will overturn wrongful bans.

Another thing to add , again from the steam support page itself, is that they will never let you know what specifically you were banned for, i.e. what program/etc. triggered the ban. If only OP could Google or navigate Steam for himself.

You don't need to, you can just chargeback like a man does.
It's simple, contact your bank, and say that the game was a fraud, it's really easy and takes no time!

No you don't have your rights. Valve can ban you if they even think you're cheating.
It's in the terms of service you agreed to when you signed up.
