So there is currently a car in rust you can spawn it if your admin by using the command vehicle.spawn but i cant seem to be able to drive it i can get in but then it just slowly moves forward by itself does anyone know the controls to drive it? or can you just not drive it yet?

Vehicles would be amazing in Rust, how else are we going to use the 90% of the map that's unplayable atm?

Also, one of the reasons servers die is because are all clustered so tightly. Now we can't just simply expand the playable area because then people never see each other. The best fix possible is keep all the resource and animal spawns the same, but allow people quick modes of transportation between distant wastelands that they can call home.

They added the car for test purpose but have since disabled all controls for it.

I'd rather horses and donkeys and whatnot to be used for transportation then vehicles.
Vehicles are too far out of place - I don't like the idea of seeing somebody speeding away in a fancy car while I shoot at them with a bow and arrow, surrounded by the (soon to be) mutated wildlife (assuming that's the direction they're going when they replace the zomzoms)

Did you even bother reading the other posts, or bother to explore the map? I spent roughly 2 hours and got all the way across the map using my admin hax, if you go onto http://rustmap.net Grab a ruler and place one end of the ruler on the right edge of the map and go about 15 cm across, place your finger there and measure 5 cm up from that spot... That is the location of the admin base which is next to another giant mountain that looks slightly different to the one that looms over you when you spawn in... You think the map is small?

Did you even bother to read his post? He said at the moment which implies he means the part of the map that is filled with ressources which is indeed to small at the moment.
