TCG (we are a gaming community focused primarily on lifemods for Arma2 and Arma3) is starting up a new Rust server located in New York.
The settings are... .25 Craft, Sleepers.
The rules are... PVP is allowed. The only behavior not allowed (other than hacking obviously) is griefing of bases. To be clear, we will allow building around a target base and we will allow the taking and or placing of doors in another's base for the purpose of taking over their base or forcing them to commit resources to undo your work. What we will NOT allow is totally asymmetrical BS like using 1 c4 and a hatchet to destroy stairs and replace them with a ceiling to ruin another person's base. In our view Rust has to have a symmetric quality to attack and defense...
taking out a 20 story tower should take tons of C4 or some brilliant stairbuilding siege work or something, it should not be ruined by a dbag with 1 c4 and 100 wood who isn't even actually trying to play the game.
Tournaments with prizes will be hosted regularly by admins. Any admin caught spawning anything without due process will be removed. I expect none will, as all have been ARMA 2 admins for us for years.
The server will be actively adminned. We have a large admin team that has been handling situations in ARMA 2 for years... and our ARMA 2 server has many pages of rules. This, by comparison, should be a very straightforward and easy server to admin for us.
Everyone is welcome.

UPDATE:
Tournaments Hosted Regularly
Oxide Installed instead of Rust++
Teamspeak Address: 74.91.116.31 - we will create custom group channels with passwords for people.

Located In New York. It is meant to be a Euro / US crossover, as TCG has tons of Euro and US members and obviously we want to make it work for everyone.

Everyone has been pretty friendly so far, and plenty of room everywhere to stake your claim still. Server is less than 24 hours old still!

Just upload a load of oxide plugins. The major one being we can remove mistakes and stop griefers. I.e. admins can destroy pillars ect on request of the base owner.

Solid player base of 15+, could use some more for a good night of gaming! Few raids have happened, the server is slowly heating up but still somewhat friendly
