Can't wait for people to demand its removal when they finally DO add a female character model, but in addition to it being "average" its always dressed as mandatory for show no defense clothes are made part of all player models.

Personally - I could go either way on this topic, but I do know my friends wife wants to play (suffers from motion sickness, so has to wait a while) but I have no doubt that she'd prefer a female model. Hell, in D3 she only played the female characters.

It's weird, I know a LOT of female gamers who won't even touch this game. Two even play CoD/BF4 constantly, and they have no desire to play Rust. The only female gamers I've seen play Rust are streamers.
And yet.. this same request pops up again and again. "My girlfriend", "My wife". Have them post here. What's the age old adage? Pics or it didn't happen?
I've heard way, way too many squeekers (almost as many as CoD!) to believe it's your girlfriend or wife wanting naked women in the game.

Just to be fair I think the female model need to have the option of being naked just like the male model or the nudity option needs to be removed from the game completely if the female model isn't naked.

a female model is in no way a priority, gameplay over cosmetics, anyone who thinks otherwise can go play the sims. if she doesnt want to play that's her problem not ours lol.

I have never met, in my life, a real gamer girl that felt like she couldn't play a game if she wasn't a girl. The vast majority that I regularly play with deliberately make male characters for two reasons. One, they get harassed less, and two because it's the same reason guys play female characters. You'd rather look at someone attractive in a third person game than not.
Combine with it that this is not a third person game and never will be, your own appearance has little value. We could be stickfigures with trollfaces. The only way anyone would know is by walking up to you and looking.
So, I reiterate, pics or it didn't happen.

Anyways, last night I started playing on a new server and clencountered a female mod who was teleporting to various players while invisible to make sure everybody was playing fairly.
I only know this because she just teleported to me when I was being chased by a red zombie and he wouldn't let up. I turned quickly to hit it with my bow but it went right through him and I died. She said she felt bad and teleported me back to the location to get my stuff.
That was nice.
Anyways, there are female players in the game.... I see no harm giving them the option for female characters. Besides, I'm sure the human race didn't survive the Rust world by reproduction between dudes.
I don't care if they're nuded like males, though it would be fair.... And I'll always pick male, but the option should be there.
Is it a major priority?
No
Is it a low priority?
Not really.
Kinda a medium priority imo.
Not having them won't kill the game for me and I won't stop playing.... But it does make sense to have them eventually.

Well instead of adding a female character the game would be better with a 100% customization character, like most top RPG games.
But I also don't consider that a priority as it adds nothing for the "ALPHA".
ps: When the game is officially out, then I would consider that a priority.
