Cant access it and our server is down. Second time in two days. I think HFB has dropped the ball in being worst customer experience service hoster.

I am having difficulty with HFB also. can u tell me how do u know if u get logged into rcon? I keep trying to do airdrops and nothing happens. I have tried typing it as shown in the commands and an assortment of other ways. is this working for you guys? or am I just doing something wrong?

This should be resolved as we were able to get the massive DDoS attack on the panel mitigated.

Server is down, noone can connect. And I can't access the control panel. I hope you get this fixed fast, as we risk loosing our players to other servers because of it.

We're good now guys, I was able to Steam Update just now without any problems!

I am able to get into the CP and it has normal functionality. My server is also up and running as well. I am only just waiting on the Rust++ update to come out to add it to my server. Is there any update with this?

Still Can't Open GameCP.
And I've had been waiting almost 6 hours for a response on my ticket.

I updated my server very early in the morning and everything was fine - personally I'm just waiting for the rust++ developers to push an update to make it compatible with the latest patch

"Status: Unknown" says that on our server, when I finally got into the control panell.

What version does it say in your CP? I am curious to if mine actually updated or not. If you could let me know that would be amazing!

beginning to think I made a mistake selecting HFB, can anyone suggest another server provider that is better?

only other option is BMRF and they're booked, hfb isn't bad

bad time to shut down my server -- probably going to lose half the players :P went to re-install rust++ and cp went down

Re-Installed Rust++ on HFB, Server works fine now.

it took me nine years to get to the mod page and reupload the old files...... now waiting for the main page to load to try and boot the server, probably lost all my players cause this was suppose to be a ten second thing and it's been like 20 minutes+

Can someone else verify this? I tried the reinstall method early this morning with no success. I still see Rust++ 1.4.2 at HFB.

Installed Rust++ now, and HFB have confirmed it is the newest version. Everything works except the MOTD and notice! :)

Thank you, ez. I will still hold off on the mod update as the HFB CP is unreliable and I do not want my server to experience extended downtime.
As an admin that tries to create a good experience for the player, should I switch to oxide? I see that they have already updated.

None of the plugins work tho.. Rust++ is your main bet for now.

can one of you guys who are running HFB tell me how to get the rcon working? I do rcon.login and then type my password when it says to but I have no idea what happens after that, because no commands work. I tried airdrop.drop several times and nothing. anyone help? tell me what I am doing wrong or not doing..........

Typing your password incorrect. It will said logged in as admin if done correctly

thank this is how I type it rcon.login then it says enter password and I will type password, I have also tried typing it "password" and 'password' but no luck

well, if you type the password incorrectly, it will kick you. at least that happens on my server.

Glad they fixed that quick. I suggest they start utilizing their twitter to update us of things like this. I was going insane trying to log in for hours.

Yes they need a PR or something to immediately post via twitter, or something - I had no idea what was going on
I updated early in the morning fine, but uninstalled rust++ because I assumed it'd be broken
Then when I went to re-install it the control panel went down and my server was down for much longer than expected and we lost quite a few players -- however the server is going well now so hopefully we can retain these new player counts
