Message said I suicide..
Everyone else died too,except some people who I suspected are hacking
Happened multiple times.

What else would it be? There is no admin command to force mass suicide.

Yeah, I was on the Singapore server today as well.
Infested with hackers! Even after most of them had left, everyone else in the server kept dying randomly.

Just happened on US East 2. Gathering supplies with a friend, both had full inventories, all of a sudden we drop dead. Sweet.

this just happened to me twice
1) in my base
2)while getting harassed by a speed hacker by the name of " - "

seems like hackers found new hacks kinda annoying that they waste devs time for fixing hacks

Yeah.. gonna lie low for now until the fresh wave of VAC bans come.
Some hacker got himself perched on my base roof after I called him out for hacking and griefing me so bad lol.

I still remember me and a group of guys were heading for the airdrop, it was about to land, when we suddenly ALL "killed ourselves".
At first we were like "LOL DID WE GET SMOOSHED BY THE CRATE?"
only to find when we went back to loot our own bodies a korean named dude in green was already looting our bodies,
he looked up at us, we all died. Lol. like we saw a shinigami or something >_>

Well I can tell this hack is going to make a ton of people rage about it on the forums and make 100 topics saying how bad rust is again great let the tolls begin...

Be glad it happened during ALPHA and not during the full release. This is the kind of stuff Alpha is for.

so the devs stated several times already that their inspiration for rust was dayz but it looks like they didn't really pay attention to what happened IN dayz when it became popular and are committing the same mistakes.
It's like a flashback for me to 2012, playing dayz when there were 10 servers up to the point it became really popular and hackers took it over mass nuking whole servers.
Same thing going on here. Time for a break i guess.

It almost makes me wonder if they're using in-band signaling for the admin commands. Not going to provide details here but that would make it VERY easy to spoof server side commands.

1) It wasn't a waste of time fixing the previous hacks.
2) Now that this one has been discovered they can fix it.
3) In the meantime all they have to do is remove the "suicide" command.

This just happened to everyone on my little server. People said they were randomly dying, then it happened to me, and then to everyone.
What a damn shame that people feel the need to do this bullshit.

Wow, just happened to me and my other 5 Teammates on GER1 Dev and message is "You Killed yourself" this is the worst hack ever...
Hopefully they fix this hack soon...

This is the most stupid fucking hack I have ever seen in a fucking game!! Every 30 seconds i die from my legs breaking!! so full kev, m4 with all attachments, Gone because every time i try to run back i die from my legs breaking
What the fuck is up Facepunch, How can you even allow such a fucking Hack to exist!! it's just fucking disgusting and i'm disappointed, all the other hacks i could deal with but this is just the worse

You dont die because of broken legs. You die because of Suicide, i dunno how but it lookt like the hacker activates "Suicide" on all players in his range... (dont know the range)

for 40min now the server is unplayable because every 2min there is a mass suicide, if u go near any loot or mine anything and he sees you, he will mass suicide and loot you by flying over to you and picking it up
What is being done to fix this shit Facepunch, No 1 cares if you're in an alpha, such an exploit is fucking stupid

This game is very poorly detected even for alpha. And how is there no official admins checking servers and banning people? They mod the forums more then they mod the servers.

I hopped onto US East to play a little there and was met with mass suicide over and over. They are killing this game. Nobody is even coming online anymore.

Yea, but we don't have a feature that allows you to force kill ALL players on the server.

Hasn't happened on my server. And I play on some other pretty busy servers (typically 40 - 80 players) and it hasn't happened there.

Well they fixed some noclipping hacks, they fixed the duping hack, they fixed looting through wall hack yet you claim they're not fixing anything rofl
