This is a story of human perseverance:
Joined a low pop server that had mass airdrops because I wanted to see what it was all about. It was myself and about four others on the server.
Airdrop comes in right next to me so I get there first and go to loot it. All of a sudden, I get gunned down ny four guys in full Kevlar and M4s. Turns out they were the ONLY other people on the server. I asked if they really needed to kill a new spawn for that airdrop considering they were already armed to the teeth. They have me the typical "too bad" and "I had sex with your mom" responses I was expecting, so I ignored it and moved on.
These guys apparently had taken over the server and driven everyone else out, so when a few other players joined, this group messed with them as well. One guy wanted to know where their base was, which happened to be be right over the mountain from mine, so I told him. The one guy was obviously no match for them, so after they dispatched him, they came to my home for revealing their location. I asked them if it was really necessary to mess with me since I hadn't ever messed with them and posed no real threat. Nothing but more mom jokes followed and they proceeded to destroy everything. And I mean everything. Took everything that I had so I was basically a new spawn. Luckily I had stored a sleeping bag in the nearby rocks, so I could at least stay in the same area. I grabbed my rock and started to rebuild what was left of my home, which was now mostly just foundations and pillars.
I asked them if that made them feel good ruining other people's experience and they confirmed that it did. I vowed I would not leave the server until I had my revenge and they laughed at the idea. I told them they had to sleep sometime and they attempted to scare me off by telling me they had the next few days off of work and would be online all day for the next three days, but I didn't waiver.
Over the course of the next 15 hours, unbeknownst to them, I had found a flaw in the design of their seemingly impenetrable base: there was one wall protected by large spikes that you could reach if you jumped from a rock and broke your legs. And that is where my plan took place. I would wait until an airdrop would fall, knowing they would abandon their base when it did. Over those 15 hours I slowly crafted C4 to blow up the walls leading into their base and replaced them with wood doors, which, to a group of people living in a massive wooden fortress with little fear of anything happening to them, is easy to miss.
I eventually ended up right outside their vault, which, lucky for me, was also their bedroom. I waited until all four of them were asleep in the room and blew open the last wall. The feeling that came over me as I stood over their sleeping bodies, hatchet in hand, was indescribable. I hacked away at them and destroyed their sleeping bags. I took everything out of their massive loot chests: fully modded M4s, full Kevlar sets, C4; you name it, they had it. And mostly several massive 250 stacks of each as well. I took all the high value stuff and hid them in random chests up in the mountains and discarded everything else.
Their reaction the next day was priceless. They were devastated that one man had outplayed all of them and their sense of security was gone. They assured me that they had now covered up their case's weakness, but when I claimed I could still get in, it had them trembling in fear and asking for a truce.
Needless to say, justice was served that day.
That is the best story I have ever heard! Awesome awesome job! I have respect for you man! Putting up with all that! Add me man! My username is the same as my steam. I am looking for good players to game with!
