I'm just going to point out in coolmanyou1's defense.

    FP flagdog: Canada

    MPGH screenshot: Definitely not Canada

Sure, proxies, but we don't know that for sure.

And none of this matters to Valve anyway, because VAC only cares about one thing: If it caught you red-handed cheating or not.

I changed my name to I am not a hacker& I am not on that site and this is my first VAC BAN and ban of any sort.

He knows a lot more about it than you certainly seem to. For one, he's apparently actually read something about it, which you seem to be unable to. There's been two links to separate sources telling you that you're wrong, and that VAC bans are permanent yet you refuse to accept either one despite one of them even being from Valve's support website.
Quit being a blind troll. I've witnessed people who have previous vac bans in games still play them a year later. So no, you're actually just as wrong as I am. Thank you. Next.

You have still proven nothing, man.

I don't know how to explain this to you except to say that saying something once happened to your friend is considered substandard evidence when compared against actual documented evidence (such as the Steam Support article).

Well that definitely isn't suspicious at all! Also a private profile is usually VERY indicative of someone who has something to hide.

Well then do it to clear your name. Also saying "I am not a hacker" is most definitely a positive thing, since it affirms that you are indeed not a hacker, correct?

Change your name to "I am the best Rust player", and then show us a screenshot of Rofl's friend request. The point is, you haven't proven that that account belongs to you, and we're asking you to do something only the person with access to the account can do.

And you're trying to avoid us. It looks REALLY suspicious.

You clearly don't know how it works either.

EDIT: as for it being only matchmaking: no. It bans you from CSGO entirely for a year along with other valve products. But you already knew that... didn't you? Oh wait, that's right... you didn't.
Seriously? You still think VAC bans you from all Valve products?

VAC bans on a per-engine basis. Banned in CS, you're fucked and banned in all GldSrc games. Banned in TF2? You can still play L4D, CS: S, CS: GO, etc. Banned in MW2? Only MW2 is blocked. VAC will not ban you from all games that implement it. Only those that are relevant to the engine VAC is running through at the time.

I may not own CS: GO, so I'm not quite there with all the little details, but assuming it has a manual server browser, you can just find yourself a VAC insecure community server and play there. You'd only be blocked from matchmaking as they are all VAC secure.

No need to be a dick about this by the way, just stop taking people pointing out problems with your shit as an insult.

VAC stopped doing year long bans ages ago because it just wasn't doing anything. This stuff is all over the Internet, how are you still so sure about this?

The only two explanations for this are that he has a friend or that is legitimately him which it looks like it is.

Either way it doesn't matter because valve will unban him if he is indeed a false flag.

It's possible (especially if he plays with other hackers that would have recently been banned) but if he's gonna go through all the trouble to do that just to make a case on a forum that can't really do anything about his ban then I'm gonna concede either way.
