Is there a way to restart a server from your dashboard so that it comes back up with settings such as "Instacraft". Instead of having to launch the game and doing the console command to make it instant?

Really surprised no-one has answered you here. I came across this post while searching for a different issue (wanting to know why every now and then my console tells me "Settings changed", even though I'm the only admin on...) - but I have the answer to what you're asking.

Look in your dashboard for "edit configuration" or "configuration files", and edit the file server.cfg to contain the settings which you want to be run every time your server starts. You can enter commands into this file just as you would into the console in-game. You can also change the name of your server here (hostname "Server Name Instant/PVP/etc" or server.hostname "Server Name Instant/PVP/etc"), and the admin password as well (rcon.password).
