    I have a little problem, My guns lose durability which is fine that is what I want, however clothing and hatchets/pickaxes do not. Anyone know why? This is the only thing I found and it seems to be set right.

    It is a known bug and already fixed according to the Trello page, I guess the next version of RustEssentials will fix this.

    I have a few questions to ask.

    With the prefix rank tags like [O] Which obviously is Owner. Will you be adding in an allowance for more than 2 characters? So instead of [TrialAdmin.TA] You could have [Trialadmin.TrialAdmin] OR [TrialAdmin.Trial-Admin] therefore when typing in-game it will come up as [Trial-Admin] CoppaHead: Hi OR [TrialAdmin] CoppaHead: HI. I think this would be a good addition and was wondering why it hadn't already been implemented?

    My next question is starter kits.

    I'm not too sure if anyone else is getting this issue but I've certainly been getting it. When ever you enable Starer kits so for example /kit starter it will come up for only SOME people or sometimes the WHOLE server as a -3456767 second cool down when you have set it to a 90minute cool down? I don't know why this happens the only way I can fix this temporarily is if I re-install the whole plugin.

    EDIT: This is also just a suggestion, you could add in a command were people could view the TeamSpeak or Forum information by using a /ts or /fourm command.

    I'd appreciate if you responded to this.

    Hi I have recently been using Rust Essentials and I really did love it, however there was one thing that has causeed me to want and really have to change to magma. Magma has support for changing resource gather rates for e.g. 2xgather,4xgather. I would really love to switch back to Essentials and was wondering if this could be added and hopefully quickly. Also some sort of shop system could be great also. Hopefully this is possible due to me wanting to go back to Essentials, Thanks.

    Names in game cut off/clip after a certain amount of characters. I limited the amount of characters you can have in a prefix because if you make something too long, it won't completely show up in chat.

    The kit bug seems to have been fixed in the next version.

    Also, custom motd messages are in progress. For example, if I create an motd called ts3 then I can type /ts3 in chat to get the messages of that motd.

    I believe I already have shops and resource gathering down in the todo listing on the Trello. Give me some time, I just got back from a 5 day, stressful, exhausting trip in Corpus Christi.

    /kits and /warps not listing 'kits' or warp locations

    I have setup myself as owner and have access to all commands.
    I can redeem a kit normally but it just doesn't list any kits when i use /kits
    The warp locations were created using /ewarp. I can /warp to these locations. It just doesn't list them.
    I could be missing something?

    Nevermind, they are both working fine now.

    I was sorta stress testing the server and setup a cycle at 3secs calling in an airdrop. Out of the bunch that flew in, 3 froze and slowly floated to the ground. I did call in 30 earlier on myself and that was perfect. Planes flew in smoothly, no stuttering of any sort.

    Those are known bugs and already fixed according to the Trello page, I guess they will be in the next version of RustEsentials.

    I have never updated it - started with 1.7.0. I do not think that it will automatically update itself, my hoster has a mod tab where I can update/reinstall them so I can manually do it when I want. In case of update make sure to save all config and save files!

    I have a quick question, is there a way that maybe you guys could you guys possibly add the ability for an owner to control what things a certain rank can spawn? For exanple I would like to let my Admins spawn in themsleves and Uber Hatchet, but I dont want to let them spawn in any other items. I made it so that admins can use the command /i "Uber Hatchet" but when they try to use it its just access denied. I have also tried making a special kit for admins that contains an Uber hatchet but when they spawn the kit they dont get the hatchet. I would like it if there was just some way to control what somone can spawn.

    Sorry, I was wrong. I never limited prefixes. At all. You can make them as long as you want. All it tells you is that it RECOMMENDS 1 or 2 characters for a prefix.

    My modkit has always worked fine, however I am now having a problem with the timer. I had it set for cooldown for 4 hours, and it worked fine, have not changed a thing and now one admin has reported to me that he has to wait over 6,000,000 before he can get another. and sometimes my starter kits do the same thing, which are set to 12h, but some players now have to wait over a week before they can claim again. Have not touched those files so I am not sure what has happened for the change.

    Also I decided to add warps for my admins as a test and then may add it for players. My warp list has all the warps duplicated and the list is huge, so when we type /warps we freeze while it is fetching the list. I have about 12 warps I added, and did not duplicate names, as it will not allow you to anyway. Is it that i have to many warps, or some sort of bug?

    The warps are added using /ewarp add [name].
    Also, I havn't tested with mods rank but for sure, admins and owners can see it.
    Players are saying everything looks normal to them, no dupes.
    Oh and it's repeatable.

    My warps stopped duplicating after I reloaded them, but that is what I had happening too.

    I still have a problem with my kits. the load time still does not correspond with what is listed in my files. Can I just delete my kit cool down file, or will that cause problems? Admins are suppose to be able to claim a kit every 4 hours if they want, but the cooldown times says over 500000 before they can claim again. My starter kit is every 12 hours, and players now have to wait a week to claim. I have not touched these files, so not sure what happened. I did a /reload kits, because some players claimed nothing was in the starter, and that seemed to work to put the items back, but of course did not reset players clocks.

    There is a strange error pops up several times at airdrops, it spams the game console until I restart the server. The drop was successful however there were no plane coming just the drops. There are nothing in the server logs. Any idea?

    I have a few ideas

    Have you ever thought of adding in an Admin chat? For example, "/achat Did you ban him?"
    I think this would be a pretty good idea to communicate etc.

    My next idea is an Admin Ticket System.
    Basically how this works, if a player needs assistance they can type /ticket or /ahelp and type their issue. Once they press enter all Moderators, Admins etc are able to view this ticket in chat.
    I know this is possible in Garry's Mod PERP Role play, and I think it would be useful if it were added in.

    On my server, I just allow my admins to use it, as normal players can do some serious damage when it comes to the remover tool.

    Remover works fine on mine for my players, they can only remove what is theirs. my admins do not have access to remove, just me so I can make sure no foul play by my admins, also did not give them give item.
