Fancy, but you should try to get a better angle with it. You have a bunch of nothing to the left and right of spiderman.

You do some pretty good work man. With some practicing, you could make some really good work. Lighting is certainly a good start and quality. As a side note, I'm interested as to what spiderman model you used?

    Edited:

Also the fact you use SDof is already a step in the right direction. NEVER use standard DoF.

yeah for one standard DoF eliminates object shadows, and seems like lamp light source other than Sun is eliminated too, i like how crisp the image can be, yet i hate losing shadow detail. ill check on that spider man model for ya

    Edited:

rustledjimmy, spider man model is from steam workshop, in gmod its listed under "the amazing spider man" i think its from the new game based on the new movie.

Minilandstan, i did the shot like that cause i wanted to showcase the todd mcfarlane styled pose over the scenery, all i wanted to impress was that he was definitly air born, and definitly in the city. although...now that i think about it, it would be even better if you could see some pedestrians body language reacting to the spectacle "HOLY CRAP, Look at THAT!" kinda response. GOOD IDEA
