Go to bed. The GSP needs to add the option to install magma so this also will take some time

Pretty sure it's like an addon for Rust++ that provides more features. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

    Hey sorry noob question.

I'm installing the Rust++ Mod to my server and saw on Page 1 of this post with the download link.
It indicates it was uploaded '2/18/2014'.
If in still install it via that link, will the new fix that EquiFox17 applied an hour ago be applied?

*or is there another link I need to download for the newest version?

    Thanks a lot!

Newest version for the 2/25 update hasn't been uploaded as of yet. If it goes as it has this next version will be 1.5.5. Scroll down the first page a bit, you will see the changelog. If 1.5.5 isnt liste then 2/25 update isnt out.

Gotcha, I figured it would be updated on the first page but just wanted to check.
    I appreciate the quick response!

Im not sure if anyone else had this issue but the chat command "ban" didnt work with the last rust ++. But if it wasnt just me can i get a confirm it will be fixed. Quite funny watching mods trying to ban hackers and not succeeding...

It looks like magma is going to be similar to Oxide, where users can make their own plugins. My only question is will magma come with any plugins? or will we have to wait for plugins to be made?

If you read through the Magma site, you'll see they have some Plugins already (at least that's what was implied)

Wow! SO glad I found this thread. New server owner as of this morning and wondered why it wasn't working after I installed 1.5.4
So..is it safe to say that 1.5.5 has yet to be updated?

Yup, we're still waiting, but we're also waiting for the possibility of magma being released which is worth it!

Thanks for that but the way it works is the person who put the door on enter the code then anyone with the code enters the code then is able to open any door that that person has made jst like door Sharing... I also think that it would be hard to crack aa four digit code unless u have all the time in the world to sit there and enter all the codes.
Your choice. If Rust++ is broken then it is an alternative.

Anyway thanks for the harsh words I was only offering a suggestion. U can take it or leave it up to u.

The combo usage is door specific - that way you can share one door but not another, whereas the door sharing feature shares every daoor. oh and a macro can run the 10k possible combos in approx 3 hours give or take and that is only if it takes entering all 10k possible combos.

Messy doesn't begin to describe my Oxide experience - so many errors that were impossible to chase down and SO much lag. After switching back to rust++, things are awesome once again! Looking forward to seeing what magma brings!

when I downloaded magma to look at the files I noticed a rust++ file in it. Like they said ignore that file because magma changed a lot, but with the file I downloaded I came to the conclusion that magma would be an engine for plugin creation, which rust++ may run within.

Don't quote me on this, it is pure speculation.
