Copy the contents of a fresh steam-updated Managed folder, into the Managed folder that you unzipped
I dont have a Manage folder?? What am i doing wrong..?

Does anyone know of a mod that works along with Rust++ that makes it so you can not craft C4? or change the mats required to craft it.

Sorry im sure this has been asked a lot, but i've been away from the community for a bit. Does Rust++ function okay with cheatpunch? Is there anything to worry about?

Did a complete shut down and update twice. Reinstalled with fresh config and everything and I still have this problem. Someone else shared a video about the same problem.
I'm not saying this is a Rust++ problem, just posted here in case others have this same issue.

Same issues here, haven't played enough to confirm whether or not this was only on rust++ modded servers. I thought this was an issue after the latest rust patch. Notice, you cant gather from these animals that have flown either. Some animals run underground now as well. I have my doubts that this is a rust++ issue. Please forgive me if I'm getting off rust++ topic.
**edit - This is a game patch bug and has already been reported in the rust bug reports section. SMH, I should have looked around first.

As we are about to kick in Magma, please post your mod request, It will give us a few ideas.

1. I would like the ability to create factions (groups).
- Players should be able to create their own factions.
- Owner should have add/kick of players in faction.
- All doors and boxes are accessible by all members of the same faction.
2. I would like the ability to have multiple chat rooms
- Global Chat (Default) /chat global
- Friends Chat /chat friends
- Faction Chat /chat faction

Factions (with tags), Pure admin invisibility w/o footsteps (if possible), Player TP. Some type of event mod manager. i.e. People can sign up for it, and can be at least slightly automated.
Edit: Kind of a weird thing. But a plugin to be able to spawn a 'wooden box' and have the contents configurable and slightly random. i.e. An admin can place a wood box and it would randomly spawn a gun and ammo.

to change the amount of ingredients need to craft say C4 or explosive guns etc.
Silent footsteps for admin total inv for admins with out name tags.
bounty hunter system or A sheriff and bandit system IE you kos people your name get more red Sheriff who kill Bandits name turns blue kind of thing.
Be able to spawn Red animals Zombies etc as an admin for events.
Custom loot table option
Custom airdrops IE times of day like noon everyday "But with a more random drop then just inside the road area which they seem to just be doing all the time like hacker valley that way you don't have one group who build a base in the middle of the road getting all airdrops.
HP control of say Walls and Doors that way you can control the amount of damage needed to blow them up.

should be something in the config file called starter_kit_cooldown
change that value in milliseconds

Is there an easier way to teleport "home"?
I just installed ++ and am still trying to get everything set up.....but i'm not seeing any sort of a "home" setting.
Am I missing something?

Not a feature on this mod to my knowledge. I believe that is oxide only right now.

You can do this to an extent with drop party, but items that you can craft by default cannot be adjusted through that mod. You would have to use an oxide plugin.

Just a suggestion if you are an admin an u have rcon then DL the Rusty Rcom admin App on this forum.
then when u r home type /location take down coords that u can cut and paste into the commandline box.... like this teleport.topos "SuPerTeD" "5860" "479" "-4390.5" wow u r home yay...
this program is not a part of Rust++ it is a very handy admin program to admin even wen not on the server...

Rust update this morning caused my commands to no longer work. Game is running and it shows when people log in or off but all commands show up as chat rather than commands. Anyone else getting this?

Same here, the R++ commands seem to be down due to the new update. :(

If your having problems with Rust ++ make sure to update it in this order: stop server>Uninstall Rust ++ (or any other mods)>Run the Steam update>Install the mod(s)>Edit config if necessary>Enable CheatPunch if you wish> Then start the server :)

edit: i uninstalled and reinstalled rust++ and now seems to be working fine

heres what i want to see in rust++ or magma. removal tools similar to what oxide has in which you can remove anything you've created and get the resources used to make it back in you inventory.

The ability to spawn Bears and or Wolves. Great for Arena Events. They must also be able to walk on Foundations. Don't know if that is possible. They can walk on air as I posted earlier but not on Foundations.

I saw someone else trying to do this but what about a mod that allowed you to do a Team Deathmatch with port.
1. Join Team
2. Strips players backpack will porting to an Arena.
3. Supply players backpacks with required items for match.
4. Port players back to where they came from after match is over.
5. Award Winning team from a predefined loot table.

Maybe add a plugin which limits house placement sizes.
Eg. if the peice will be 5 stories from the foundation deny it. (Or have a set height limit).
Same with width/length. That way you could say houses can be a max of 10x10 and only 5 stories high to prevent those mega structures which just lag and mess everyone over.
Im sure people would just place more houses but what about even going further and adding an option to prevent house placement by other houses. Eg. minimumradius=10

or if you were able to stop people from placing foundations next to yours and building up the side. Forcing them to go through your doors or other weakness. This could stop the pillar fortresses.

Ok so there was an update last night of about 29 to 32MB on steam and then a 9.9Mb update this morning as well.
I was thinking that since my client had updated the I would not be able to see or join my server.
So I gave it a go just to c wat would happen and you didn't guess it the server was there and i join and Rust++ was still working.
Ok so was this just a client side update? I have not been able to find any new on the update even on the download page of steam were it says view news. The last thing is from the 17th feb.
Am I confused YES. So the question is do I go through all the uninstalling, updating and reinstalling wen it seem pointless as it is working fine... Thoughts
