uperkurk I really don't think your the only one that has payed £15 for this game,
As stated this is this is early Alpha. Things happen.
You either have to accept them or move on and come back later once the problems
are solved.

This game is in ALPHA because it was stable enough to be released to the general public as stated in steam agreement. REFER TO WARZ take down.

I am going to have to agree with hawk, Alpha and early access are just terms to protect oneself when you release an incomplete game. I understand that there will be bugs, I understand that the game isnt complete yet. This does not make up for the fact that they are privatizing the server files to make more money off of people that want to host.

I just want to play, and if that means releasing the server files to those french bastards then do it. The gamers dont care if you "buckle while threatened by cyberterrorism" or whatever you want to say. We want to play the game, and you are just as bad as the french guys if you arent doing everything that you can to get us into the game.

Any server running a game, if it be in Alpha, Beta or full release can get DDos attacked.
It just one of those things that can happen. These French people did it to get a message across. :)

P.s. CountFunkula giving in to these people will open the flood gate for other to do it.

Its their game, they can do what they want with it. If you dont like it then move on. Try make your own game and have some morons trying to dictate how you should distribute your assets then well see how willing you are to co operate too.

I stated they CAN get ddos attacked. I didn't say all games/servers have this problem

None of the games you mentioned are in Alpha.

The devs have already stated the problem was due to vulnerabilities of the server, that would be a bug fix and generally bug fixes do not come until Beta. Alpha is before Beta (obviously) and is generally used to add new content, change current content and test current content/gameplay. Again, this game is in its Alpha stage so these things can and WILL happen.
