i just bought the today and im trying to download it and it stops and it wont continue to download. It stops at 14.8Mb everytime. id already unistalled it and reinstalled it and still doesnt help. plz help me, i just want to play

Change your download location in steam settings to another place near by. Close steam, then go to the steam folder and delete ClientRegistry.blob. Reopen steam, you will have to relog back into steam. Try this out and check back.

try to verify integrity cache of the game by right clicking on it and selecting properties then local files.
