Don't get me wrong - I'm glad something's finally being done. I just feel like this 'test' should have been done earlier, because who knows, it might just fix the problem and we're all happy.

I'm refreshing the server list to test for you every 5 minutes but I don't see that any of them have refreshed yet.

Edit: I can connect to the official servers "China" and "Australia". So I'm a little confused here.. how is it steam's fault if I can connect through steam to those two official servers?
Correct me if I am wrong, but I feel as though they are the only servers that you guys over at ideal hosting don't manage?

Guys quick question. My server is up and running but when i check the log there is a lot of weird lines spamming in the console. If i was to restart the server would it wipe everything or no? I want to try restarting it but afraid of losing everything on the server.

Sounds to me like you're admitting to pirating software that hasn't been released yet.

Restarting servers is different from wiping them. If you aren't deleting the world and profiles data you're fine.

Sorry I rated your post incorrectly. I'm pretty sure by using hamachi you can setup a server easily for yourself and other friends. I've done it for nearly every game my friends and I were currently into playing.

It ain't no thang. ;)
Hamachi would work for most things, but you still need the dedicated server software, which has not been released to the public yet, only to the hosting companies.

I'm having the same issue despite several restarts. It seems to be affecting the server play by causing massive lag spikes every few seconds.
