Germany 1 and Us Central is not in the List. Just Germany 2 and Us Central 1-4.

To help follow these steps

Right Click the rust game and select properties
Click the tab "Betas"
Select the "Dev.." Option
Click "Close"

It should shortly download an update. Then when you login you will see the dev servers.

Follow those steps again to get back to normal when the fixed is push out everywhere
