Could I run this at all?
Will I ever be able too as the game develops?

Holy jesus, isnt the 6 series running on AGP? there is no way you are running it on that, sorry man, you REALLY need an upgrade.
Edited:
Yeah, you should be fine, would recommend waiting though, the Mac version is kinda iffy at the moment.
Mac Mini, mid 2011
Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB
Software OS X 10.9 (13A603)
I can go lowest settings if needed
About 20 fps on lowest and will have lighting issues, so it will be essentially unplayable.
Acer Aspire 5553g
AMD Phenom II x4 N950 - 2.1 ghz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 - 2gb
8 GB ram
fps? :)
For certain will play, but probablyonly on medium.
ty :)
will my laptop run rust
AMD a8-4500M APU with radeon(tm)HD grafics 1.90 GHz
8gb ram 7.46 usable
I have been looking to buy this game but not sure if my computer can handle it.
Spec:
Intel i7 2700K @3.5GHz
16GB DDR3 ram @1600 Hz
EVGA GTX 780 Classified
1 TB HDD
1920 x 1080 monitor.
MacBook Pro 2010 (bootcamp)
Windows 7 64bit
8Gb Ram 1600mhz
Intel i5 quad core 2.4ghz
NVIDIA GeForce 330m
100Gb free space on partition
Could run this 15fps on lowest on osx
Anyone got any ideas of a good AMD Gpu in the 600-800 price range? Any reply in the next 30h would be great =3
Since I've been stuck on a 2011 Macbook Pro for the past couple of days, I decided to see how Rust would run on it. Mind you, I am Boot-camping.
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Intel Core i5-3210M @2.50GHz
4GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4000
So pretty much everything is fine and dandy except the graphics card.
But it runs okay, I suppose. About 15FPS on absolute lowest settings. It's playable, but not in the long run.
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
AMD FX-6330 Quad Core 4.1Ghz (Overclocked)
8gb RAM
AMD 6670 HD
Average FPS was 30 on minimum, it's defiantly playable but there are alot of texture bugs and in certain areas my fps dropped to 10. The main menu is very buggy and lags like hell (I'm talking about 5 fps, sometimes even less).
Overall, it's defiantly playable for such a cheap card but it isn't recommended.
My Pc
Intel(R) i5 M 540 2.53ghz
4GB
Intel HD Graphics 1696MB
DirectX 10.1
64bit
Edited:
My specs
Intel i5 2.53ghz
4gb
intel HD graphics 1696MB
64bit
250GB
What would my Fps be
super low on lowest settings..
up to 20 at the best
mostly around 10-15
Uh, you will be finethe 780 is near top-of-the-line right now, and your specs are all fine.
Edited:
No.
Edited:
Iffy, it should run, but you are probably only going to play on really low settings.
Edited:
if your budget is that high, go Nvidia, you will get much better performance (but the price point is better on AMD) I would recommend a 780 or a 770.
could i run this? really hoping i will be able to, as in the future i will buy this... well hopefully i will upgrade by then
srry if some things are not needed, i dont really know what to put
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
DirectX version: 11
Memory: 16 gigs
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce 9500 GT 4069 MB\
all i could find
I doubt it, unfortunately. Give those graphics an upgrade though, and you will be fine.
well johnny arnt you wrong I can run it fine with like 30-20 fps the only prob i have is conecting to a server
so dont listen to this guy people hes wrong
...you are an idiot. That isnt playable that is barely passable. What are you playing at, lowest with grass off? Oh and also, why did you bother asking if you can play, then tell me that you can? Did you really go out and buy it in the time it took me to answer?
acutally with 9800GTX its playable and gets 30+ fps with lowest settings..the card is old though but its pretty powerful from that era/generation ..just doesnt support newest top end features.
so i bet you can get it to work with 9500 as well.. just probably at low detail/resolution and about 20 fps
OS: Ubuntu 13.10
Processor: Intel i5 2.5 ghz
Graphics: Intel HD 3000
8 GB Ram
(currently the game wont run for me, any ideas on whats wrong?)
I disagree, he isgoing to get some graphical issues with that card most likely, I would recommend an upgradefor him, Ihaven't run that specific card, but I have afriend who has one fromthe 8 series and he cannotplay... excuse the strange spacings in my writing, I am on my phone and cant be bothered to error check since it is a piece of shit.
Edited:
Its theintegrated graphics, big no-no for gaming.
i agree that he might have issues and the framerate isnt good....ofc upgrade would be the best..because hes CPU is good.
i have a friend with 9800GTX on Linux and it plays just fine for him.. ofc lowest settings but over 30 fps at least
like i said to you on my youtube page.. you have to upgrade your mesa drivers... then theres a chance you might get it working.. but the framerate would be so bad anyway so you dont really want to play the game like that.
at least in this state of game, there is no way to enjoy the game with integrated intel gpu's or dedicated lowend gpus
Well alright, will definitely take your word for it, you have been very helpful in this thread's history. And admittedly I have never run any of the 9 series of cards, only the 7.
I know that I can run the game, without a doubt, but I am curious what settings I'd be able to play at.
CPU: i5 2400
GPU: 660ti
16 gb 1600mhz ddr3
My guess is high, possibly maxed.
maxed for sure @1080p.. got the same card + FX 8320 @ 4,4Ghz
OS: OS X 10.8.5 (Could boot over to Windows 7 partition)
CPU: 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 (Quad)
Memory: 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3
GPU: GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB
Mostly worried about the GPU, obviously.
Edit: Oh, just saw someone with the same specs and less RAM get a yes, so I guess I'm fine. Thanks!
You will play it, but I don't think it will play maxed, probably high to medium-high would be your best bet.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
CPU: Intel i5 3470
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb (2x4gb)
PSU: Seasonic G-series 550w
OS Disk: 120GB Samsung 840 Evo ssd
Hard Drive: 1TB WD Black edition
GPU: Radeon HD5850 Xtreme oc'ed
Motherboard: Gigabyte z77-D3H
Stable at 60fps on max settings @1080p
a 9500gt is not a gaming card.
a 9800gtx is 4-5 times faster..
Thanks ponyboy ;3
Have a look at the Radeon R9 280x & Radeon R9 290
Yeah, this is a great card for the price. However, with a budget like that, you could get an even better card, the whole market is practically open to you short of a GTX 690.
OS: Windows 7
CPU: Intel i7 4820k @ 3.7ghz
GPU: 2x GTX 770 SLI
Motherboard: ASUS IV extreme
Storage: 265 Samsung SSD & 1TB Western Black
RAM: 16GB DDR3
Stable 60fps @ max
(This build is total overkill really, even getting +100fps on bf4)
Nice buildI will agree, that's damn overkill.
I doubt I can run it, but making sure.
Software: Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB
Memory: 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
Not sure on this one to be honest, From those specs I know for certain you will not play on high, but you would probably be fine on medium or low.
Alright, thanks anyway., I have a better Windows, but wanted to know if I could run it on Mac to be able to play it on the two systems
