intel HD graphics are no good for game thats made in 2013 and is in alpha stage.
lowest settings and resolution with super low fps.. below 20 most likely
and it seems you have a laptop so you cant upgrade your GPU sadly as well
Can i run this 1920x1080, lowest settings possible?:

Your processor should handle the game fine and your graphics could be better but you should be able to run on medium at least.
Thx <3
Medium to medium-low you should be fine. That's an entry-level card, just warning you.
Hello,
I'd like to know if there is anything I can do in order to increase my performance of the game.
ATM, I have issues when I run the game (even in fastest, windowed) which causes FPS to drop. I had no issue with any of my previous games (Dota 2, cs:go, anno 2070 for instance.)
CPU: i5-3210M
VGA: GT650M / 2GB GDDR5
13366x768
RAM: 4GB
Thanks for any answer in advance, also I'm not sure if this is the right topic to ask this, but if there is any way of improving my gaming experience, could someone redirect me to another topic/help me out?
Well, some background info would help out. What settings do you play rust at, and at what fps? Also, if you have Nvidia Optimus technology, it may be defaulting to Intel HD Graphics, check that next.
So.... when i buy and download it it would be a shitty game for me?
Which program is best for showing the fps?
fraps for windows, mumble-overlay for linux
im having big issues with the FPS, mostly drops down really low like 10 fps and then up again and down. just wanted to make sure its not a hardware side issue so heres my speccs
Sandisk 128GB SSD, 2.5", MLC, SATA, 490/350 MB/s
Kingstoni HyperX 8GB, DDR3 1600MHz, CL10
Asus AMD Radeon HD 7770 DirectCU V2, 1GB GDDR5
AMD FX-8350, AM3+, 4,0GHz, 8-core
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional (64bit)
8GB ram
GPU: GeForce GTX 570
CPU: Intel Core i5-3450 @ 3.10GHz
620GB
I can play for a little while before my computer screen blacks out (goes onto the 'NO SIGNAL' thing) and then computer turns off.
I turned down my render quality and turned off grass and it ran for a bit longer before doing this.
My frames are totally fine, 60+
Does anyone know what my problem is? Graphics card? Also, what else can I do to stop this?
So.... If i would download it and play it it will be very laggy and such stuff? I really need answer plz
Yes.
Edited:
Currently that is normal, I get that problem too.
Hi Can i run this ?
OS: Windows 7 64bits
Processor: Intel Core i5 2430M CPU 2.4 Ghz
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GT 520M
Ram: 6144MB
Thanks
Not very well, medium-low or minimum at best is my guess.
I have a decent computer and it only runs at 5 fps! I am so annoyed that i bought this game. =(
Here is a picture of my PC specs: http://imgur.com/nFZNNRm
I can run Crysis 2 so why can't I run this. Please help.
CPU: AMD A8-6600K with integrated graphics card AMD Radeon HD 8570D and 8 gigs of ram
I tried the game already and I got like 20-30 FPS with low settings, no render quality and grass off, anyway to increase FPS?
CPU: Intel i7 2700K @ 3.5 Ghz
GPU: nVidia GTX 680 2GBs
Ram: 16GBs
I run the game any where between 80 and 110 FPS on max settings.
It may be defaulting to Integrated graphics, check it. That being said, you should be able to play at around medium settings.
Edited:
Get yourself a graphics card and a better power supply
Any input would be great!

You should be fine, won't max but should play on medium-high. make sure to set the game to use your dedicated GPU though!
Thanks, any way to ensure that this is the case?
I am not actually sure, I run the game on a desktop, no need for it to be switching, though apparently Nvidia laptops are notorious for having that issue with Nvidia Optimus technology.
Alright, thanks anyway. I'll search around online. Not sure if this is the right place, but after playing I've been getting quite a bit of stuttering ever 30 seconds or so, even when I turn the settings way down. Is this a known issue?
Yes, it even happens to me. The game is not very well optimized and will freeze up for a second or two every now and then.
(Also, first post on Linux, I installed it on my old laptop, go me!)
Haha, nice job. Anyway, thanks for the help!
Will it run with the following specs, and have no issues with windows 8.1 bs?
i5-3210m
Radeon HD 7670m 2gb
WD Scorpio Black 7200 rpm
8GB 1600 mhz ram
Yes, and you should run it on high or medium-high just fine.
32-bit 2.66ghz dual-core processor and 1gb of GDDR5 graphics memory.
4gb of DDR2 memory.
That's pretty iffy... You should really upgrade your graphics, if you can play, it's going to be low or lowest settings, most likely.
AMD FX-4130 3.8GHZ
ASUS GTX 660 OC DCII 2GB
8GB Ram
1000GB SATAIII 64MB 7200rpm
Can i rust Rust smoothly and what fps it would be? Please answer! Thanks
maxed, 60+ fps
some drops below also, everybody having them
here are my speccs
OP:Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
System Model: HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC
Memory: 4096MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
GraphicCard name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530
I cant barely run this game as many people on this community would agree to, it goes to max 15 (unplayable) to 9 - 10 and extreme laggy BUT!
my friend who has basically the same setup (he has radeon 4550 only difference) plays the game on lowest and comes up in 30-40 fps and it is playable
so i am starting to trying to figure out solutions to my problem because instead of people saying -Buy new Pc! i belive it is easily fixable and here are some of the things why maybe it wont work
1. graphics drivers arent updated?
2. problem with microsoft visual c++ arent updated or another windows update is lacking?
3 unity3d isnt optimized yet in this stage of alpha and affects some computers?
4. a simple option in graphics (ATI in my case) is false?
5. computer is overheating or you need to apply cooling paste?
i think me and alot of other people are sitting on similar problems and i think its easily fixable
any help would be highly appreciated
radeon 4550 vs mobility 4530 is big difference.
there are ofc differences in your operating system, running processes, backround services which might kill performance.
it could be that your friend is playing on lower resolution which makes huge difference with lower end gpus,
overheating can be ofc an issue, drivers (if i remember correct 4xxx series dont get driver updates regulary anymore)
hard disk fragmentation can be an issue as well, but that shouldnt impact it that much.
if the difference is big then i understand, i thought it had something to do with the game using integregatted graphic instead of my radeon. actually im the one with lower resolution (1024x600) compared to him (highest) and also im the one using Tuneup/gamebooster and other game enhancing features and he is using skype amongst other. but well if im lucky garry and his team will optimize the game to a stage where i can play too otherwise i think i`ll simply buy a new computer because i like the game and i see great potential
thx for answering
Edit: just found this preview of my card
"Mobility Radeon HD 5430 is a entry-level GPU based on the 40nm, Terascale 2 architecture.
It's based on the Parks LP Core and offers 80 Shader Processing Units, 8 TMUs and 4 ROPs, on 64-bit memory interface of standard GDDR3. The central unit runs at 500MHz and the memory clock operates at up to 800MHz. It consumes no more than 7 Watt.
Its performance is extremely limited and not recommended for any of today's modern demanding games. Crysis 3 and other similar demanding games should be unplayable, even at the lowest settings.

in comparasion to the 5450 you were right
