God people are so touchy when it comes to nudity, trying to act like genitals don't exist, complaining that kids play this game. If you think a kid is too young to see dicks in a video game then he's probably too young to commit and witness murder in one too!

It's ridiculous people are still like this.
Guess what, everyone is naked under their clothing. Shocking, I know.
Also, this game is about realistic primal survival. If you cannot handle realistic primal nudity which goes in hand with the atmosphere of this game, then this may not be the game for you.
I also find it hilarious that if it was just a bunch of boobies everywhere and covered up penises, no one would even say a word.

So the Game is in the most Countrys for 16+ age,in some Countrys for 18+.
Let the kids cry and than its ok.

The dicks are the mascot, I am guessing.
Haven't played but watched a few videos and even before the naked guys, there were dicks everywhere.
(glitchers, muggers and such...)
So now it's literal.
Perfect mascot for any pvp game. Even Minecraft has the big green penis, and it's targeted right at the kids.
