It needs to be programmed into the game. You want a helicopter just sitting there on the map?

no iam pretty sure it wont be on till the release.. they still gotta program it: make it move, turn on / off , add fuel for it, add damage so if you crash it'll catch on fire, make it so 4-5 ppl can get in and out, etc..

players are not going to be able to fly it.. yet...

True, but perhaps if you could fly the heli and you built your base far away from anyone,( Say you built your base out beyond Everust mountain.) It would be really convenient to have a Heli to move about with in that case rather than traveling by foot. Also, in base raids, this would allow players to get in and out effectively with loot.

The helicopter should respaw in a base at Everust Mountain. It would be really cool to have a remote base there (like something metereological, maybe where you could find radios too, farm metal from antennas, etc.)

Kazzkiq I like your idea, and maybe the base can be defended by hostile AI (that is, armed NPC's)
