By 'Public Beta Version' do you mean, the steam release? It's not a public beta version, it will still very much be an alpha version.

It's out when they say it's out. Since it's 2 am where they are i would say probably 8 hours at least but that's just my guess :P

As GC said, it's about 2AM in the morning over there. I'd give it atleast 8-10 hours before we hear anything.
