Here are just some suggestions.

It would be better imo to have recipes bind to account. I know its fun to find recipes the first 3 times, but once you found everything and then it all resets, its just not fun. I dont want to keep searching the same recipes over and over and over -.-

that's part of the character data, and it's up to the server when they wipe to wipe character data. (inventory is tied in with research)
