As title says the server I play in "US East Coast 2 Dev Branch" shows 0 players, but there are actually 30-40 or so.

I can confirm this. I joined Official by Playrust.eu server and it appeared twice on the server browser, one with the correct amount of players, the other one with like 4 times more players. Tried connecting to the last one, didn't work.

idk if you have already done this but make sure u refresh

While in game, press shift-tab to bring up the steam overlay, and click the show players button in the friends box, to see exactly how many players are actually in the server, you need to close and reopen it to refresh...

This is besides the point, it gives an inaccurate description to the amount of players when you're looking to join one, i'm not going to join 200+ servers to find one with players.
