    Hey guys I'm working on another patch for the dev version before we go live, so far I've fixed the following :

    1. Bullets no longer damage gates/gateways
    2. Fixed explosives not doing the correct amount of damage to gates
    3. You can't place gates/gateways near prefab structures
    4. Slightly randomized the airdrop position by 20m in all directions
    5. Increased cost of spike walls significantly


    Post any other strange issues if you don't mind, and I'll fix them as soon as possible, Thanks!

    I've heard that sleepers don't work on this version, haven't checked.

    Updating the Dev server right now, I will edit this post when I test the patch...

    Well I updated the patch without a hitch to the DEV branch with no incompatible errors, and I opted in to the Steam Dev as well and all is well so far...

    I did test the new gates (1-C4 to destroy) and Large Spike wall (5-C4 to destroy) ,
    I did test the supply air drops and it is dead on, so good job so far..

    Bears don't disappear after you get everything from them, my inventory wasn't full.

    Might be worth telling: I first kill them with 2 arrows, and then try to skin them with a Stone Hatchet.

    you can fully submerge in water and go to the bottom of the ocean indefinetly, I don't think thats what you guys had in mind or are we all fish? O_O

    Not sure if ceilings are supposed to be destructible or not but, I used 10 charges on one and it is still there.

    I think that the supply drop grenade might need to be tweaked a little to be less frequent. Joined a dev sever... managed to get lucky and grab a drop nekkid 5 mins after joining and the crate had a supply drop grenade.

    Sure enough... ran way out of the way and popped it. Two crates dropped and one of those had another canister. Sure. I might have been super lucky but maybe a little less likely to obtain.

    I actually really like the idea of them otherwise.... It'll make it even more intense to be going for supply drops.

    The gate wood portal, decayed very fast, much more fast than spikes and wood gate in my game.

    Gate sound is the same as the door.

    Some animals in random time, go to the ground with their heads, when you are hunting.

    Ive noticed when you kill an animal and then its on the ground, it will say hatchet to gather but when you hit it you get no itemes

    The main menu is bugged showing incorrect amount of players on the server
    If you jump around on furnitures, you risk getting stuck between a invisible line and the wall
    People are building underwater bases
    Placing bed under the rock in the small gap can allow the person to spawn back and go into the rock
    Admin teleport can cause the teleported player to "no clip" into structures, if they were teleported from far

    Spiked walls seems to be invisible to hostile animals (probably same with other npcs). They dont track around them but keeps trying get through them, and they don't seem to take damage from walking into them either.

    I had another issue on a Dev server were i tried to log in full-screen (osx. mbp retina display) and it crashed and when i got back in the game in windowed mode there was a copy of myself in my house, a dupe i quess. The server admin said it was because i logged in just as he restarted the server or something like that, but I'm not sure exactly what caused it.

    I can only place beds outside houses.

    the dev servers would have to restart after the steam update eventually makes its way out to regain kick and sleepers. but the bag error could be fixed client side depending on how old the server is ( 4 hours + ).     This issue should be fixed now too.. well the issue about having a copy of yourself i mean. Kick was broken so it wasnt ejecting your old instance proper. Just got done testing everything and i think all dupe bugs that require alt+ctrl+delete or otherwise getting yourself to time out should be fixed now.

    the decays seem way to quick, i placed wooden gateway and gate last night, but when i logged on 8hrs later my gateway and gate had gone, but noone raided my base (unless they had just shot them down)

    and i just watched my fireplace dissapear after only placing it last night

    you can place a small wood box halfway up the middle of a large spike wall and use it to jump over. not game-breaking but considering the spiked wall costs so much, having it rendered useless by a 30 wood investment seems off

    You can place spiked walls infront of a door, stopping the person entering/leaving.



    Perhaps not allow spikes or anything that doesn't require a foundation to be built so close to a building?
    Having said that, if I had a lot of spikes I could completely surround a building so that no one can get in unless they have managed to get c4.

    Spike walls are slightly larger
    added death effects to spike walls
    Can no longer place boxes on spike walls to jump over them
    Structures can no longer be placed near prefab buildings either
    Shooting an arrow at a spike wall will no longer damage you
    Spike walls now have a death effect
    Metal Doors are now a default blueprint
    lowered drop chance of signal grenades to 7%
    Large spike walls can no longer be placed on structures

    just got the update and now all structures, doors, and boxes look decayed...

    Every door and box and workbench looks decayed on every server to all of my crew after this update.

    There are people glitching through rocks and building their base there (They use sleeping bags to glitch through, not gonna specify how)
    People can also build udnerrwater
    People can still dupe (Banned two dupers-rock glitcher on my PGH serv already, there's probably still more)
    People can use the same rock glitch concept to glitch through elevated foundations and "No Clip" through the house and steal everything
    MAJOR PROBLEM I HAD, NOT SURE IF IT'S JUST MY SERVER OR THE FACT THAT IT'S DEV MODE BUT I CANNOT KICK ANYONE FROM MY SERVER. THUS THE BANS MUST BE IMPLEMENTED THROUGH RESTARTS.
    Apparently, there's aimbotting >.> been told there was.
    Also apparently, you can shoot through walls or something using some glitch
    The Grenades still goes through doors/wall or something, either that or the hacker glitched it throguh the wall.
    Oh yea, the smoke grenade thing, good idea, i like the concept, BUT THE FUCKING DUPERS CAN NOW DESTROY MY SERVER, they be spawning in 100s of airdrops, I had to do a server restart and then get the server wiped.
    Will keep posted on more bugs i find

    I have three more bug reports that I am not sure were around prior to this update but regardless, I hope they can be fixed.

    1) When a player's flashlight is on then turned off, they are off only for the client and still appear on for other players. The only way to turn off the flashlight is to swap weapons.

    2) Grenades go through doors.

    3) You can close a door on yourself or another player when you are in a doorway and by doing so, the player in the doorway cannot be shot but still can shoot at other players.
