Is he walking, or standing? His posing is kind of awkward. Why are his hands like that? And the rain impacts on the ground look copy and paste, but otherwise a very nice picture, I like the lighting and color.

You can tell he's walking by the position of his back foot, it's up on a angle with his ankle off the floor. He has his hands on his hips is why his hands are like. And I need to improve on rain hitting the ground
