It looks cool and all, but a few things that bother me are the Eiffel Tower, the bokeh effects on it, and like what Daemon said, her expression. For the Eiffel Tower, I would suggest blurring it more. As for the bokeh effects on it, I would suggest adding way more than that and blur them a little. Pretty good work, overall.
