Hey, I've just recently purchased a key for Rust, and got in the game (everything working perfectly), I press "play game" and click on a random server, and it just sits their, does nothing, double-click again, nothing at all.

I had the same problem but not for long the game updated and I was fine....try opting into dev mode, go to rust in your steam library, right click.... go to properties...then beta and select dev ...it may have to re-update rust but it shouldnt take long
